Comprehensive Cover

If you wish to use the recommended glass repairer/replacement provider you can call 01384 884 112 or use the online form. You will be able to arrange the repair or replacement. You will need to pay any excess. We will pay the provider directly.

If you do not wish to use the recommended glass repairer/replacement provider you can call 01384 884 112 or use the online form. It will be confirmed whether you can use your preferred provider. You will need to arrange the repair/replacement yourself. You will need to pay the provider yourself. You must submit the receipted invoice to the claims department at: LIM, Group Claims Department, 1-2 Hagley Court North, The Waterfront, Brierley Hill DY5 1XF or via email to windscreenclaims@limemergency.co.uk. You will be reimbursed by us less any excess.

Third Party Fire and Theft Cover

If you took out Windscreen Cover with your TPFT (Third Party Fire & Theft) car insurance policy, you can call 0333 043 8674.
